The apartment has a spacious lounge with sofa, armchair, TV and dining table seating 4 people. From the living room you reach the south facing terrace with stunning views of the sea and castle.

The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances and utensils to cook.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and work station desk. The other bedroom has large fitted wardrobe, bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and single bed at the top. Modern bathroom with walk in shower.

The apartment is well equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi, HD TV.
There is a covered garage with parking space and a communal swimming pool and garden area.

From the apartment you have only a 8 minutes walk to the huge Miramar Indoor Shopping and Entertainment Centre with lots of shops, restaurants and cinema. Within walking distance, you also find attractions such as the Aquapark and the zoo, Bioparc Fuengirola. Even though the apartment is situated on the outskirts of Fuengirola, it´s still only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful long and golden sandy beach and 7 km long beach walk


Just across the road you have the beautiful Fuengirola Castle. This area hosts the Marenostrum Music venue during the summer months which makes this apartment ideal for those visiting the area for the many international artists.
